Terms of Service
Including Venue Listing Policy

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sahada mobile application and platform ("Platform"). By creating an account or using Sahada, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Sahada
Sahada is a sports social network and athlete-matching platform that connects athletes, teams, coaches, and sports venues in Türkiye. We provide tools to discover players, find teammates, and explore sports venues.
2. Eligibility
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use Sahada
• Users aged 13–17 require parental or guardian consent
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You may not create more than one account per person
• You must be a human — accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@sportconnect.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Sahada will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Sahada only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use Sahada in any way that violates Turkish law or applicable international law
5. Venue Listings — Important Notice
DISCLAIMER: Venue listings on Sahada are informational only and do not constitute an endorsement, affiliation, or commercial relationship with the venue owner unless explicitly stated.
5.1 Nature of Venue Listings
Sahada may display information about sports venues (fields, courts, gyms, pools, etc.) to help athletes find places to play. This information may be:
• Submitted by users of the platform
• Sourced from publicly available information
• Generated from third-party data providers
Unless a venue has been verified and claimed by its owner through our Venue Partner Programme, listings are NOT official representations of the venue and do not imply any business relationship between Sahada and the venue owner.
5.2 Venue Owners — Your Rights
If you are a venue owner and your venue appears on Sahada without your permission, you have the following rights:
• Right to Claim: Claim and take ownership of your venue listing through our Venue Partner Programme at no cost
• Right to Update: Request corrections to inaccurate information about your venue
• Right to Remove: Request removal of your venue listing from our platform
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at venues@sportconnect.com with the subject line "Venue Listing Request" and include the venue name, address, and your proof of ownership or authorisation.
We will respond within 5 business days and action your request within 14 business days.
5.3 Accuracy of Venue Information
Sahada does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current status of venue information including opening hours, pricing, availability, or facilities. Users should verify details directly with the venue before visiting. Sahada accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate venue information.
5.4 Photos & Images of Venues
Photos of venues displayed on Sahada are either:
• Uploaded by users who confirm they have the right to share the image
• Sourced from publicly available, non-copyright-protected sources
Venue owners who believe a photo infringes their intellectual property rights may request its removal by contacting venues@sportconnect.com. We comply with all valid intellectual property removal requests in accordance with Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.
6. User-Generated Content
By posting content on Sahada (including text, photos, videos, and reviews), you:
• Confirm you have the right to share that content
• Grant Sahada a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute the content within the platform
• Remain solely responsible for the content you post
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law. We do not pre-screen all user content but respond to reports promptly.
7. Intellectual Property
All Sahada branding, logos, software, and original content are owned by Sahada and protected under Turkish intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Sahada's intellectual property without our prior written consent.
8. Privacy
Your use of Sahada is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Turkish law, Sahada shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• Losses arising from inaccurate venue or user information
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from sports activities arranged through the platform
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical issues
Sahada is a platform connecting users — we are not a party to any agreement, booking, or activity arranged between users.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sahada harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) content you post; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though provisions of these Terms that should survive termination (including intellectual property, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will do so.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Sahada shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
We encourage you to contact us first at support@sportconnect.com to resolve any dispute informally before initiating legal proceedings.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Sahada after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ('Koşullar'), Sahada mobil uygulaması ve platformuna ('Platform') erişiminizi ve kullanımını düzenlemektedir. Hesap oluşturarak veya Sahada'i kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
1. Sahada Hakkında
Sahada, Türkiye'deki sporcuları, takımları, antrenörleri ve spor tesislerini birbirine bağlayan bir spor sosyal ağı ve sporcu eşleştirme platformudur.
2. Uygunluk
• Sahada'i kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmanız gerekmektedir
• 13-17 yaş arası kullanıcılar ebeveyn veya vasi rızası almalıdır
• Doğru ve eksiksiz kayıt bilgileri sağlamanız zorunludur
• Kişi başına birden fazla hesap oluşturmanız yasaktır
• Botlar veya otomatik yöntemlerle oluşturulan hesaplara izin verilmemektedir
3. Hesabınız
Hesap bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden ve hesabınız aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilen tüm faaliyetlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Yetkisiz bir erişim şüpheniz varsa derhal support@sportconnect.com adresine bildiriniz.
4. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Sahada'i yalnızca yasal amaçlar için kullanmayı kabul ediyorsunuz. Aşağıdaki eylemler kesinlikle yasaktır:
• Yanıltıcı, aşağılayıcı veya iftira niteliği taşıyan içerik paylaşımı
• Diğer kullanıcıları taciz etme, zorbalama veya korkutma
• Başka bir kişi veya kuruluşu taklit etme
• Spam veya istenmeyen ticari mesaj gönderme
• Fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal eden içerik yükleme
• Platforma yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışma
• Türk hukuku veya uluslararası mevzuatı ihlal eden kullanım
5. Tesis Listeleri - Önemli Bildirim
FERAGATNAME: Sahada'teki tesis listeleri yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; aksine bir ibare bulunmadıkça tesis sahibiyle herhangi bir onay, iştirak veya ticari ilişkiyi ifade etmez.
5.1 Tesis Listelerinin Niteliği
Sahada, sporcuların antrenman ve müsabaka yapacakları tesisleri bulmalarına yardımcı olmak amacıyla spor tesislerine ilişkin bilgileri sunabilir. Bu bilgiler:
• Platform kullanıcıları tarafından yüklenebilir
• Kamuya açık kaynaklardan elde edilebilir
• Üçüncü taraf veri sağlayıcılarından temin edilebilir
Tesis Ortağı Programımız aracılığıyla doğrulanan ve sahiplenen tesisler hariç, listeler tesisin resmi temsili niteliği taşımaz.
5.2 Tesis Sahiplerinin Hakları
• Sahiplenme Hakkı: Tesis Ortağı Programımız aracılığıyla listenizi ücretsiz olarak talep edebilirsiniz
• Güncelleme Hakkı: Yanlış bilgilerin düzeltilmesini talep edebilirsiniz
• Kaldırma Hakkı: Listenizin platformdan kaldırılmasını talep edebilirsiniz
Bu haklardan yararlanmak için venues@sportconnect.com adresine 'Tesis Listesi Talebi' konusuyla e-posta gönderiniz.
6. Kullanıcı İçeriği
• Paylaşılan içeriğin haklarınıza ait olduğunu onaylıyorsunuz
• Sahada'e içeriğini platform dahilinde göstermek ve dağıtmak için münhasır olmayan, telif ücretsiz lisans tanıyorsunuz
• Paylaştığınız içeriğin tüm sorumluluğu size aittir
7. Fikri Mülkiyet
Tüm Sahada markaları, logoları, yazılımları ve özgün içerikleri Türk fikri mülkiyet hukuku kapsamında Sahada'e aittir.
8. Gizlilik
Platformu kullanmanız, bu Koşullar'a atıfla dahil edilen Gizlilik Politikamız kapsamında da düzenlenmektedir.
9. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Türk hukukunun izin verdiği azami ölçüde Sahada aşağıdakilerden sorumlu tutulamaz:
• Platformu kullanmanızdan kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlar
• Yanlış tesis veya kullanıcı bilgilerinden doğan kayıplar
• Platform aracılığıyla düzenlenen spor faaliyetlerinde oluşan kişisel yaralanma veya mülk hasarı
• Bakım veya teknik sorunlar nedeniyle platformun geçici olarak erişime kapanması
Sahada, kullanıcıları birbirine bağlayan bir platformdur; kullanıcılar arasında yapılan anlaşmalar, rezervasyonlar veya faaliyetlerin tarafı değildir.
10. Tazminat
(a) platformun kullanımınızdan, (b) paylaştığınız içeriklerden, (c) bu Koşulları ihlalinizden veya (d) herhangi bir üçüncü taraf hakkını ihlalinizden kaynaklanan talep, zarar veya giderler karşısında Sahada'i tazmin etmeyi ve zararsız kılmayı kabul ediyorsunuz.
11. Fesih
Bu Koşulları ihlaliniz veya yasal zorunluluk halinde hesabınızı askıya alabilir ya da feshedebiliriz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama ayarlarından silebilirsiniz.
12. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Uyuşmazlıklar
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Bu Koşullar'dan veya Sahada kullanımınızdan doğacak uyuşmazlıklar için İstanbul mahkemeleri münhasıran yetkilidir.
13. Değişiklikler
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri yürürlükte tarihinden en az 30 gün öncesinden e-posta veya uygulama içi bildirimle duyuracağız.
